EMIL KERNER 16-BORE OVER AND UNDER NON-EJECTOR, serial no. 20012, for 1928, 29in. nitro reproved barrels with raised solid tapered matt top-rib, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 choke in both, some pitting, three-piece fore-end, scroll-back treble-grip action with ornate side bolsters, automatic safety, cocking-indicators, set front trigger, horn triggerguard, stylised scrolling acanthus surrounding game scenes of wild boar to the left and deer and hounds to the right, the underside with 'ORIGINAL KERNER ANSON & DEELEY BOCK' in an oval, 14 1/4in. pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, pistolgrip-cap, sling swivels and buttplate, weight 6lb. 7oz.
Other Notes: A second set of barrels, 16-bore over .410 (smoothbored out from 8x57) with claw mount bases and wooden side fillets can be made available to the buyer of this Lot, cut as per proof house regulations
